Google My Business adds the chat function to the desktop version!
While we were very happy a while ago with the chat function on the Google My Business app on your phone, here you could go a step further with communicating with your (potential) customers, we are now even more enthusiastic about the chat function on the desktop version of your Google my Business. Google is rolling out the messaging functionality within the Google My Business desktop interface. This is not fully live yet, but many can already see it. Previously, the chat function was only available via the mobile app and not within the desktop interface, but that is about to change.
